broken locks entrance delay
the doors dont have working locks, i felt unsecure. coffee was only available during breakfast. sometimes, i have waited 10 minutes for someone to open the entrance doors for me, it wasnt nice at all.

helpful staff close square rooftop view poor lock late coffee delayed entry
The staff helped carry our bags. The main square was very close, just a couple minutes by walk. The view from the rooftop restaurant exist, it was nice.
The door lacked a proper lock. I had to wait for coffee until breakfast time. We sometimes wait ten minutes for someone to open the entrance door for us.

the staff were always smiling and attentive. the location is great, very near the square, it was perfect! i was charmed by the service.
we didn't like our room where the smell of the smoke was very strong. the water in the shower was running very well, though, but not enjoyable
